Job Description:

We are looking for a Delivery Stream Team Lead (REMOTE) to join our team to support the Enterprise Business Systems - Convergence(EBS-C) Multi-Functional Capabilities Team(MFCT).

Your day-to-day work will include:

• Serving as the first-line manager/coordinator of a Delivery Stream Team responsible for executing solution-level BPR to include requirements generation.
• Creating/managing project schedules to achieve desired outcomes from the Joint Reengineering process queue based on team capacity.
• Manages day-to-day execution and co-facilitation (w/ GOV Lead) of working sessions.
• Ensuring application of BPR best practices, mitigation of existing pain points, and capture of key outputs (Enterprise Architecture, DOTMLPF-P actions, and Requirements)
• Delivering updates to internal and external stakeholders on Joint Reengineering execution and outcomes.

At a minimum you should have:

• Active SECRET clearance.
• Experience within the Department of Defense executing similar transformation work.
• Strong communication skills across a variety of user communities.
• Ability to manage multiple lines of effort and competing priorities and ensure successful mission accomplishment across all lines.
• Experience applying agile methodology to project execution - Understanding of SAP and S4/HANA business processes.
• Ability to tie execution of project plan and associated results to the strategic framework/CONOPS" Project Deliverables.
• Updated Road Map/Queue impacts based on execution.
• Ensure lessons learned are documented (via AAR).
• Joint Reengineering Out.
• Briefing experience to highlight key change impacts from the transformation of 'as-is' to 'to-be' tying together enterprise architecture, DOTMLPF-P actions, and requirements.

Estimated Salary Range: $150,000 to $180,000
