Job Overview:

The Territory Development Services "TDS" Representative position is an integral part of delivering and providing customers with value propositions that differentiates Myers from competitors and is key function with the sales team. This position serves as a consultative partner to strategic and growth customers segments with traveling to existing customers taking inventory, conducting safety audits, training, and promoting Myers Tire Supplies' products and services.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Promotes MTS services, provides marketing materials and product training.
• Inventories customer stock and assists with ordering process.
• Visits customer's facilities and conducts safety audits.
• Surveys customers to determine satisfaction and cross-selling opportunities.

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to travel up to ~75% of time, within North America.

• Ability to maintain professionalism and a positive attitude.
• Excellent listening and communication and relationship building skills.

• High School Diploma
• Customer Service, inside sale experience helpful
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Software
• Valid Driver's License

• The employee regularly is required to walk, climb, or balance.
• The employee is occasionally required to lift and/or move up to 20 pounds.
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception.
