Job Title: Inside Sales Representative - Aviation Industry



Location: Hollywood, FL



Job Type: Full-Time Onsite - Local candidates only will be considered.




Summary: As an Inside Sales Account Executive in the aviation industry, your primary role is to build and nurture long-lasting relationships with both current and potential clients, ensuring their needs are met with exceptional service, high-quality products, and effective parts support. You will handle inquiries, manage complaints, process orders, and contribute actively to sales targets, all while maintaining the utmost professional and ethical standards. A strong commitment to a proactive work ethic is essential for success in this role.



Key Responsibilities:



  • Directly interact with customers via telephone, email, or in-person.

  • Promptly address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints, including processing product returns.

  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets across various regions.

  • Manage all aspects of customer accounts, including setup, verification, and ongoing maintenance.

  • Process and track orders, forms, and requests, ensuring timely fulfillment and back order reporting.

  • Collaborate closely with internal departments to optimize customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback to continually enhance service processes.

  • Participate in on-call rotations for after-hours customer support and represent the company at trade shows as needed.


Essential Skills and Competencies:



  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional telephone demeanor.

  • Excellent interpersonal, listening, and customer service skills.

  • High attention to detail with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

  • Proven problem-solving abilities with a customer-oriented approach.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with database and order processing systems.

  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.


Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience in sales, customer service, and aviation logistics.

  • Proven track record in aviation parts sales or customer service within logistics.

  • Strong mathematical skills and reasoning ability.
