McKinley Marketing Partners is working alongside a well known retailer in Irving, TX and together we are seeking a Supplier Support Coordinator. You will support on-boarding new vendors and/or new stores associated with acquisitions, store back-office system transitions, organic new stores, and/or new product line launches.
Responsibilities:
Acts as project lead and aligns cross functionally on responsibilities by team and targeted "go live" date of new vendors/new stores.
Owns project from inception to "go live".
Works with vendors to obtain required information for set up across departments and systems (Accounting, Merchandising, IT)
Ensures new vendor is set up for ordering, invoicing, and item assortment
Collects, reviews, and submits required internal forms for processing across systems
Ability to pull data, compare and find patterns within data to make meaningful decisions
Qualifications:
Attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Excel
Strong excel skills - formulas, pivot tables
Excellent organization and time management skills
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects/tasks at a time
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment
