A great UHY client is seeking a Financial Supervisor to join their team. The ideal candidate will have experience with variance analysis, WIP/Aging reports, and helping provide analysts with direction.
The Financial Supervisor role is a hybrid position, with 3 days each week being onsite. This is a client direct hire position.
Financial SupervisorResponsibilities:
Monitors, evaluates and implements policies and procedures to improve efficiency of current financial systems/processes/functions for the SSC Financial Operations functional areas
Ensures financial operations (working capital, WIP, AP aging) are compliant with corporate expectations.
Ensures financial processes and controls, i.e., billing, receivables, and all applicable financial processes are routinely completed and compliant with department policies.
Oversees the management and evaluation of direct reports (1 WC, 1 SFA)
Assist internal controls testing and report results to CFO - partnering to determine potential areas of risk and opportunities for efficiencies.
Presents periodic performance reports and metrics to the leadership team for each departmental area.
Maintains knowledge of emerging technologies and trends in operations management
Create a culture of accountability with strong KPIs that facilitate focus and accurately monitor performance
Financial SupervisorRequirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field or equivalent experience.
Minimum of 4 years progressive financial experience, including management of process and financial controls.
Extensive knowledge of agency workplace, financial analysis, current reimbursement issues, budgets, and operational analysis, required.
