About The Role

Access control management involves defining what users can do on the network with devices and under what circumstances. In an enterprise setting, access management is used to define processes and functions within applications, including hardware and software to ensure PREMIER has full knowledge of who has access and at what level. It further defines the owners, administrators and users.

This position is an on-site opportunity at our PREMIER Bankcard location in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. 

Job Duties and Responsibilities


  • Develop, maintain and provide leadership for the Access Management program and standards.

  • Assist with the definition, building and optimization of processes, documentation and tools necessary to manage access across applications, processes and functions.

  • Work directly with function/process owners to ensure compliance with internal policies in regard to Access Management.

  • Work efficiently with our internal technology providers as well as other operations groups ensuring we have adequate controls in place regarding Access Management.

  • Provide evidence and process documentation for Access Management services activities.

  • Capable of understanding the business requirements and converting that into an Access Management program in client environments.

  • Responsible for providing comprehensive reporting as outlined in the Access Management Standard to various levels of management.

Skills and Qualifications



  • Combination of education/experience in banking and/or credit card operations that would enable incumbent to meet essential duties and required competencies of the position is required.




  • A minimum of 2-3 years of Access Management is preferred but not required.




  • Enhanced computer skills, word processing, spreadsheet, and project management applications.




  • Familiarity with data transmission software and the Internet.




  • Proficiency of the English language.




  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.




  • Ability to concentrate and work independently.




  • Attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills.




  • Capacity to learn, adapt to change, and become proficient quickly.
