Job Description:

Summary/objective:
This position plans,coordinates, and prepares for Trade shows to achieve brand awareness and lead generation in the metal detection equipment sales penetration.

Helps outside sales team with qualification of leads and updates CRM (35% of the time)
Assist with trade show and event planning (20% of the time)
Regional and small Show Signup and Attendee Registrations Regional Show Services (Ordering, Verifying) Provide Warehouse Support assistance/support with Marketing items Input all in-transit paperwork for tradeshows Trade Show Materials Inventory Trade Show attendance (very limited)
Monitors and follows up on rental and demos completion (20% of the time) Assists with the creation of sales orders on a needed basis (15% of the time) Support in house customers visits from a logistics point of view (10% of the time)
