We utilize a team-based model including embedded Behavioral Health Clinicians as well as Case Managers, Care Coordinators and Community Health Workers.

TheMedical Assistantassists the physicians and Non-Physician Providers in providing care to clients with a variety of health concerns. Openings inPediatrics, Family Medicine, and Obstetrics.

This position is full time, Monday through Friday from 7:45A to 4:45P.
