Job Description:

Assist with oversight of all departmental initiatives such as maintaining DAAA goals in alignment with the Keep abreast of emerging models in health care delivery. Identify and implement innovative strategies to achieve DAAA goals and objectives, Participate and facilitate in business decision making in congruent with contractual language of MDHHS (Michigan Department of Health Human Services), 3-way contract and, ICO agreement (Integrated Care Organizations) Bridge the gap for constituents access to healthcare by addressing individualized social determinate of health by working with Telehealth and Systems. Promote collaboration to both internal and external healthcare team partners by maintaining an open-door policy. Assist with quality improvement initiatives while maintaining certifications as outlined by accreditation Assist with analytics, key performance indicators, and development which will provide quality measures to ensure successful audit Ongoing assessment of staff training needs that will improve quality Ability to administer clerical home and community-based services.
