Description: Quality Control Inspector (Aerospace):

• 
  Responsibilities:
  
  
  • Perform detailed inspections of engine structural, electrical, and mechanical assemblies and systems using CAD models and blueprints.
  
  
  • Verify assemblies for conformance against engineering requirements.
  
  
  • Document nonconformances in accordance with internal procedures and communicate effectively to resolve quality issues.
  
  
  • Conduct inspections at various stages (close out, first article, in-process, and final).
  
  
  • Document inspections per AS9102 standards.
  
  
  
  


• 
  Qualifications:
  
  
  • Experience with precision measurement tools such as micrometers, calipers, and dial indicators.
  
  
  • Familiarity with ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) requirements.
  
  
  • Strong attention to detail skills.
  
  
  • Ability to work at elevated heights.
  
  
  • Experience with final photo documentation of hardware.
