Job Description:

Location: REMOTE

Salary: $16.00 USD Hourly - $17.00 USD Hourly

Description: Our client is currently seeking a Remote Associate Clinical Admin Coordinator




Schedule:

M-F (10-7p)



This job will have the following responsibilities:

• Effectively identify customer/family/caregiver needs and communicate services offered and aid the caller in understanding the value of Landmark services.


• Establish rapport and engage members with Landmark by scheduling the first initial visit.


• Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions while safeguarding Protected Health Information.


• Route calls properly to support first call resolution.


• Attend/participate in educational/training activities to improve knowledge and performance level.


• Meet individual and team qualitative and quantitative targets.


• Adhere to attendance requirements.


• Other administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.


• Demonstrated ability to meet production and quality goals.


• Must be able to work in a collaborative atmosphere.


• 2+ years experience using CRM applications.
