• Organize, sort and scan all training documents to HR-Hurlock share drive.


• Organize and scan terminated employee files to Hurlock share drive.


• Job Description review and/or update.


• Assist with presentation development.


• Create Dept. records (e.g. procedures, checklists, charts, graphs); in conjunction with policies, procedures, SOP’s.


• Develop new ideas based on department and company need. Participate on/with other Dept Projects as defined.


• Participates in Internal Audit Walks


• Assists in walk-through of the manufacturing Facility.

Minimum Formal Education:

• Senior HS Student participating in Work Based Learning Program


• Eligible to work in the United States

Skills and Abilities

• Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint


• Effective written and verbal communication skills


• Ability to read SOPs and Specifications


• Proven attention to detail


• Exceptional follow-up and proven time management


• Ability to follow instructions and procedures precisely and consistently


• Maintain a positive attitude


• Ability to problem solve effectively


• Ability to be self-motivated with a focus for continuous process improvement
