As a Group Account Director, you will be accountable for managing and growing a priority group of clients. All of UEG's clients come to us to tap into the best in class capabilities in entertainment, sports, celebrity, music, gaming lifestyle partnerships. You will oversee a team of account managers and facilitate clients' interest in connections to cultural passion points of their target audiences. You will be responsible for multiple client accounts, building strong relationships, and championing initiatives that drive growth through creative partnership and innovation.

Client Leadership:


    • Serve as the leading point of contact and strategic advisor for a portfolio of key client accounts, developing deep partnerships based on trust, integrity, and creative excellence.

    • Maintain the highest quality client service by understanding the clients' businesses and anticipating clients' business problems we can help solve through entertainment partnerships across the cultural landscape.

    • Run client meetings, presentations, and strategic discussions, driving the development of innovative entertainment marketing strategies and executions that align with clients' business objectives and brand vision.

    • Work with the SMEs to package and present new ideas and solutions to drive business impact and help make brands famous!

Team Management:


    • Provide leadership, mentorship, and direction to a team of account managers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture focused on delivering exceptional client service and results.

    • Set clear objectives, priorities, and expectations for team members, empowering them to take ownership of their work, develop professionally, and achieve their full potential to deliver client successes.

    • Foster cross-functional collaboration and integration with creative, media, and production teams to ensure cohesive execution and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns.

Financial Management:


    • Oversee account budgets, forecasts, and financial performance, ensuring accurate tracking, billing, and reporting in alignment with agency policies and client agreements.

    • Identify opportunities for organic growth and revenue expansion within existing client accounts, as well as new business prospects, through strategic account planning, upselling opportunities, and proactive relationship management.

    • Collaborate with finance and operations teams to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and drive profitability while maintaining a focus on delivering exceptional value and ROI for our clients.

$183,000 - $250,000 a year

An employee's pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of DJEH's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, a Paid Time Off policy, and region-specific benefits.
