We have an exciting opportunity on our team for a Marketing Specialist. This role supports the Marketing department, reporting to the Marketing Manager. The ideal person for this role enjoys multi-tasking, is detail- and process-orientated, and excels at execution. The ability to provide support for all team members quickly and in a timely manner is required. What can you expect to do?

• Execute multichannel Marketing campaigns including but not limited to social media, paid search, sponsored content, thought leadership, industry conferences, virtual events, and email


• Support the development and execution of a content strategy that focuses on building differentiated messaging and value propositions, as well as complementary Marketing assets


• Enhance brand visibility and awareness of our solutions via online/social media channels


• Provide tactical support for conferences, trade shows, as well as smaller, targeted events and webinars


• Support Marketing asset development, branding and social media campaigns, and other demand generation activities as needed


• Collaborate with stakeholders to execute the development of Marketing collateral


• Provide support for digital marketing activities including SEO, SEM, paid search, reporting, HubSpot CRM, and website


• Conduct inbound research to help determine qualified leads for hand-off to Sales


• Provide Marketing support to track key ROI metrics, marketing priorities, various campaigns


• Contribute to Marketing administrative, reporting, and tracking activities


• Serve as a brand steward and ambassador for ProcureAbility

What is the experience needed to be successful in this role?

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university


• 4+ years of related experience in Marketing, preferably in a professional services environment, with a focus on digital marketing and Marketing campaign execution


• Partnering with multiple external vendors working concurrently on various types of deliverables


• Familiarity with integrating various technologies to support marketing efforts


• Team-oriented approach with ability to take initiative, prioritize, and execute multiple tasks simultaneously to meet high expectations and deadlines across multiple projects in a fast-paced environment


• Excellent written, verbal, and PPT communication skills


• Capability to collaborate with people across the business with a high, customer-service orientation and a focus on building productive, long-term relationships


• Enthusiastic, someone who wants to learn and contribute


• Extremely organized with excellent time management and demonstrated project management skills


• Results oriented with and attitude and practice of accountability


• Ability to think strategically and execute tactically, with a focus on flexibility, adaptability, and excellence


• Proactive self-starter who can roll up their sleeves and work both independently and collaboratively


• Strong integrity and work ethic


• Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) HubSpot, Google Analytics, LinkedIn, and tech platforms to pull data from those sources to communicate the value Marketing delivers are a plus

Location:

This role is remote and may be based in any US location. Up to 10% domestic travel may be required.

As part of the total rewards package, this position is eligible for a short-term incentive based on performance. In addition, Jabil offers benefits to enhance your health, wealth, and resilient self.
