Pitches & Proposals Manager - Hybrid



Our client, a major AM50 law firm, is seeking a Pitches & Proposals Manager for its Midtown Manhattan office. This is a hybrid role and has a salary ranging from $150,000- $180,000


This person should have at least 6 years of experience in RFP, pitches, and proposal drafting in a law firm environment. This will be a pivotal role in the firm and work on major RFP projects from start to finish.



Responsibilities:

• Provide project management support, leading multidisciplinary teams in crafting compliant and strategic proposals.


• Collaborate with Client Development colleagues and other administrative departments to manage and update pitch content.


• Ensure consistency of content style and tone, adhering to editorial guidelines.


• Maintain knowledge management platforms and process documents to uphold established conventions.


• Develop and promote best practices for the firm's RFP/pitch process.


• Draft substantive responses to high-level RFPs and pitches, enhancing readability and value proposition.


• Develop and maintain standard content for reference and leverage in new responses.


• Collaborate with internal teams to track pertinent information for RFP responses and panel appointments.

Qualifications:

• BA or higher, preferably in communications-related fields


• 6+ years of experience in law firm business development


• Excellent writing skills


• Extensive experience with RFPs
