Job Summary

The Supply Chain Strategy & PMO team is seeking a highly motivated Manager to join us in supporting our transformational initiatives under the umbrella of our Integrated Supply Chain Operations (ISCO) organization. This position requires a driven individual with strong skills in technology integration, business requirement creation, process design, stakeholder alignment, project management, change management, data analysis, and interpersonal communication as they will work directly with teammates in ISCO and stakeholders across Comcast to support business analysis and project management while driving our initiatives from ideation to completion. The successful candidate will be able to provide end to end ownership of transformational programs and prepare new technology or process for widespread operational adoption. Additionally, they will lean on previous Supply Chain knowledge and experience to understand the impact of their work and utilize developed communication and presentation skills to then relay their findings to their leader and others.

Job Description

Responsibilities


  • Lead and manage end-to-end project management activities for supply chain initiatives, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and stakeholder satisfaction.

  • Collaborate closely with business and IT stakeholders to define project objectives, requirements, and success criteria.

  • Operates as liaison between our national supply chain team and frontline warehouse, technician, and retail partners

  • Builds relationships and advocacy with both business and technology teams to achieve program goals and objectives

  • Conduct thorough business process analysis and design to optimize supply chain operations, identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, including resource allocation, timelines, risk management, and communication strategies.

  • Facilitate cross-functional workshops and meetings to drive alignment, gather feedback, and make informed decisions.

  • Provide guidance and support to project teams, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

  • Implement change management methodologies to drive adoption and ensure successful transition to new processes and systems.

  • Monitor project progress and performance metrics, proactively addressing issues and risks to mitigate impacts on project outcomes.

  • Communicate project status, milestones, and key insights to senior leadership and key stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment with organizational goals.

  • Contribute to the development and enhancement of best practices, tools, and templates for project management and supply chain optimization.

  • Supports facilitation of organizational portfolio management intake, prioritization, and progress tracking

  • Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.

  • Some travel may be required based on the needs of the projects

Desired Skills and Experience


  • Proven track record of successfully leading complex projects from initiation to closure, delivering results on time and within budget.

  • Strong understanding of supply chain processes, including order fulfillment, warehouse operations, transportation operations

  • Proficiency in business process design and systems mapping methodologies to drive improvements and identify fit/gaps between current and future state proposals

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

  • Demonstrated experience in change management, with a focus on driving organizational readiness and adoption of new technologies and processes.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data insights into actionable recommendations.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

  • Versatility in communication and presentation skills for project, stakeholder, and executive audiences

  • High aptitude to understand technology integration

  • Facilitate discovery and design conversations across multiple verticals (Tech Dev, Operations, Frontline, etc.)

  • Proficiency in collaboration tools (e.g., SharePoint, Smartsheet, Confluence)

Education

Bachelor's Degree
