STAFF ACCOUNTANT

The role requires attention to detail, organizational skills, and proficiency in accounting software. The Staff Accountant will be responsible for daily cash tracking, completing monthly closing procedures, preparing account reconciliations and analysis.


What We're Looking For:



We are looking for a self-motivated, success-driven Staff Accountant to the dynamic accounting team. This position is full-time, hybrid after training, and is under the supervision of the Controller. This position is primarily responsible for general accounting support.


Key Responsibilities:



• Cash management; analyzing cash inflows and outflows
• Bank/cash reconciliation in order to provide accurate daily cash activity and balances to management.
• Support month-end close process
• Journal entries
• Bank and income statement account reconciliations.
• Analyze transactions and the general ledger accounts.
• Identify and help implement process improvements.
• Collaborate cross-functionally across the organization.


Qualifications:



• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field


• 2-5 years of related accounting experience


• Oracle software preferred
• Strong excel skills and ability to efficiently work with large volumes of data.
