Job Description:

 MasTec Advanced Technologies seeks Field Technicians to provide installation and support for advanced home technologies, including satellite dishes, home security, and smart home automation. Technicians will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by recommending and setting up the best technologies tailored to customers’ needs.

Responsibilities:

• Interact with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate technologies.
• Install and set up home technologies, ensuring proper functionality and customer satisfaction.
• Provide high-quality customer service and technical expertise throughout interactions.
• Work independently in various environments, inside or outside, regardless of weather conditions.
• Handle physical tasks such as climbing ladders, lifting heavy objects, and bending as required.
• Adhere to safety protocols and manufacturer’s guidelines for equipment usage.

Make $22 an hour or more

Qualifications:

• Customer service orientation and ability to multitask effectively.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
• Capability to work independently and make recommendations based on customer needs.
• Continuous desire to stay updated on relevant technologies.
• Ability to lift 60-80 pounds, climb ladders up to 28-36 feet, and work in uncomfortable positions.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass pre-employment screenings (drug test, background check, driving record).
