About the Role: As a pivotal member of our Government Solutions team, the Project Manager will spearhead a diverse array of projects. This role demands leadership in a dynamic environment, often with undefined scopes and deliverables. The ideal candidate will be adept in various project management methodologies and possess outstanding communication skills to articulate technical concepts in business terms.



Key Responsibilities:

• Lead client implementations, conversions, and complex project initiatives for large-scale, technical custom solutions.
• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, ensuring timely and effective delivery.
• Identify opportunities to optimize processes, increase revenue, and enhance product efficiency.
• Collaborate across teams to devise and implement viable solutions.
• Act as a liaison, interpreting and communicating product features and services to clients, sales teams, and vendors.
• Occasionally gather client requirements for software development to support client projects.
• Provide consultative insights on product and system functionalities.
• Oversee project methodologies and ensure adherence to project delivery and implementation management processes.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma; Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years in project management with Agile methodology expertise.
• Proven client-facing experience with partners and both external and internal stakeholders.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Eligibility to pass a US Government background check.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Project Management Professional (PMP)® certification.
• SAFe® or Scrum Certification(s).
• Experience in the financial industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with Azure DevOps or JIRA.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technical concepts.
