Job Description:

Baer is looking for SAP Production and Revenue Accounting Consultant for a 9+ month Remote project.


Title: SAP Production and Revenue Accounting Consultant
Location: Remote (Must be based in US)
Duration: 9 months
Rate: Hourly Plus Expenses Reimbursed
Alignment: W2 Only (C2C Not Permitted)

Description:

• Assist clients in achieving their Digital Transformation journey by leveraging S4HANA and helping define their strategic roadmaps.


• Provide our customers key insight and direction related to industry trends, best practices, and world-class solutions.

Requirements:

• 7 years SAP consulting experience in the Oil and Gas (O&G) Industry with a focus on Production and Revenue Accounting (PRA).


• Deep product expertise/business experience across multiple SAP solution areas (i.e. Tax and Royalty, Check Write, Production and Contract Allocation, Ownership, Revenue and Valuation, Joint Venture Accounting, etc.).


• Broad knowledge of the SAP IS-Oil Solutions and deep industry expertise (i.e. Upstream Operations Management, PRA, and JVA (nice to have).


• Ability to provide thought leadership and resolve complex solution in SAP - PRA area and connected applications


• Performance of feasibility studies, process design reviews and pre-sales support.


• Prior experience with SAP PRA implementations on cloud compliant SAP solutions, system upgrade process


• Experience in integration with other SAP Application areas.

Nice to have:

• Techno functional nature, concept of latest underlying S4 technology I,e BTP, Steampunk, Embedded Analytics, CDS, RAP etc
