Cascades Holding US Inc. seeks an Assistant Plant Manager in Pryor, OK, to manage, coordinate, and supervise all activities related to the management of the plant and develop processes and tools to support and drive continuous improvement aligned with business strategies. Must have an Associates degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering Technology, or related field and at least 5 years of management work experience in the manufacturing sector. Of the required experience, must have 2 years of experience acquired in the pulp and paper industry related to tissue manufacturing, including experience with leading a manufacturing department (e.g., maintenance, mechanical, operations, electrical, production, logistics, etc.), managing and coaching individuals, safe working practices (lockout, PPE, confined space, etc.), paper mill equipment, products, and new technologies, evaluating and implementing optimized planning and scheduling processes, implementing key performance indicators to monitor progress of project objectives, designing and implementing complete maintenance processes with pulp and paper mills, and experience with Capital Expenditures (CapEx). Travel within the United States and Canada is required up to 5% for corporate meetings, training and/or specialized conferences.
