Bishop & Co. is seeking a Temporary Senior Business Specialist for our Honolulu-based client. This is an approximately 4-month assignment that includes parking.
The Senior Business Specialist is a key go-to for business operations support including:
and reconciling the budget to ensure accuracy
the vendor payment process
and updating progress towards divisional goals
business process improvements
and managing tasks for project teams
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and is a self-starter who can also be successful in a collaborative setting.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in experience + education.
Experience managing budgets and analyzing financial data.
Self-directed, highly organized, strong ability to prioritize.
Advanced Excel skills.
Reside in Hawaii and be available to interview immediately.
Background working with multiple departments.
Pay: $50/hour.
Assignment Length: Approximately 4 months
