Cypress Bank & Trust is seeking a seasoned Senior Vice President, Senior Relationship Manager to oversee the operational, security, and lending functions of Melbourne, Vero, Jacksonville and Palm Beach. This role is integral to managing branch operations, developing client relationships, and driving business growth within specific market areas.
Key Responsibilities: • Manage client relationships, including complex problem resolution, complaint handling, and ensuring high standards of client service in line with the bank's core values. • Lead and foster collaboration across all business lines, ensuring a cohesive approach to client service and operational efficiency. • Oversee all branch banking functions including teller services, vault management, and new account openings. • Support client use of online banking products through training, installation assistance, and troubleshooting. • Achieve targets for growth and profitability, managing expenses, and generating fee income. • Direct and administer the operational and security aspects of branch functions, ensuring efficient management and compliance with all regulatory requirements. • Supervise, train, and manage Personal Bankers across all banking centers, enhancing their performance through strategic coaching and support. • Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of the bank's products, services, and policies, and effectively communicate these to both staff and clients. • Drive business development initiatives targeting small to medium-sized businesses and professional clients, recommending financial products and services that meet their specific needs.
Supervisory Responsibilities: • Oversee hiring, training, and management of Personal Bankers, setting performance standards and evaluating employee effectiveness. • Ensure adherence to the Bank's policies and applicable laws, including BSA/AML/OFAC compliance, Community Reinvestment Act, and Equal Employment Opportunity regulations.
Must haves: • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience. • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CSI NuPoint Core System. • Demonstrated leadership in banking operations with a strong focus on client service and business development. • Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
