A desirable opportunity exists for a highly accomplished professional to join TidePointe a Vi Community on Hilton Head Island and to direct all aspects of dining services in all food and beverage operations including Vi's care venues. The selected candidate is part of the community's management team and will have significant responsibility for ensuring a high quality welcoming experience for Residents and guests.
Qualifications
Qualified applicants will possess 10 years of progressive experience in quality Food & Beverages operations management in a high quality restaurant, country club, hotel, or senior living company including oversight of multiple Food & Beverages venues. Demonstrated knowledge of budgets, reporting, training and staff management skills is required. Current state health and sanitation certification is required. Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) designation is a plus. Wine specialist and mixologist certification designations are a also a plus.
Possess or be willing to obtain CDM and Certified Food and Beverage Executive (CFBE), as required. Current CPR and First Aid certifications are required or must be willing and able to become CPR and First Aid certified. Some College is required. Bachelor's Degree in related field (Hotel/Restaurant Management or Business) is preferred.
Additional requirements include:

* A strong systems orientation with Microsoft office skills and experience with a POS system
