Tyto Athene is looking for a Cleared Systems Administrator to join our team.
What you will be doing:
Provide system administration of Windows-based computers, networks, and windows server administration including installations, updates and security patches. Maintain computer servers, monitor server performance, perform system backups, etc.
Work with secure networks and RMF processes.
Provide system administration of Linux servers and systems.
Manage Hyper-V and virtual machines.
Ability to develop solutions to complex IS compliance and security problems.
Experience successfully interfacing with internal and external customers.
Cybersecurity baseline management and change reporting as needed.
Resolve design issues and develop strategies to make ongoing improvements that support system flexibility and performance.
Document system requirements, write IT security plans and validate system and network parameters to conform with business and customer requirements.
Support system evolution to keep up with new technologies and requirements.
Support system users.
Provide onsite support.
Qualifications
5 or more years Windows Server Administration experience.
5 or more years Systems Administration experience including Windows based computers, network, system, server administration.
Experience working with government secure networks and RMF Processes
Linux servers and systems experience.
Experience working with and supporting a diverse team of system users.
ISSM experience, ability to develop solutions to complex IS compliance and security problems.
Excellent communication skills
Work onsite and provide onsite support in Santa Barbara, CA
