Responsibilities:
Services and repairs various company products and systems at customer locations within a specific geographic area.
Achieves expected productivity levels associated with assigned workload and level of experience.
Manages territory, inventory, and customer relationships.
Drives revenue opportunities through supply leads, contract sales, network support contract leads, and equipment/print assessment leads.
Demonstrates technical expertise in servicing, repair, diagnostics, installation, and retrofits on assigned equipment.
Performs Basic Connected installations, sets up IP addresses, downloads printer drivers, and provides customer training on printing functions.
Conducts troubleshooting and repairs or replaces equipment components as necessary.
Manages own parts inventory with accuracy, adhering to territory backup plans.
Executes all required territory management and call handling procedures.
Works closely with sales partners to maximize equipment leads and upgrade opportunities.
Interacts with external customers to determine service needs and ensures overall customer satisfaction.
Provides technical assistance to less experienced technicians.
Location: Salem, Oregon.
Qualifications:
Requires journeyman level technical knowledge, typically gained through completion of technical school and 2+ years of related experience.
Must have a valid state driver’s license and minimum auto insurance coverage per company policy, as the position involves extensive use of personal cars for company business.
