Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Achieve productivity targets while managing territory, inventory, and customer relationships.
• Drive revenue opportunities through various sales leads.
• Demonstrate technical expertise by performing diagnostics, installations, troubleshooting, and repairs on assigned equipment.
• Manage territory efficiently, execute territory management procedures, and collaborate with sales partners.
• Interact with customers to determine service needs and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
• Provide technical assistance to less experienced technicians and maintain professional relationships.

Qualifications:

• Requires journeyman-level technical knowledge, typically obtained through completion of technical school and 2+ years of related experience.
• Must hold a valid state driver’s license and maintain minimum auto insurance coverage as extensive travel is required.
