Responsibilities:

• Achieve expected productivity levels and manage territory, inventory, and customer relationships.
• Drive revenue opportunities through various sales leads.
• Demonstrate technical expertise by performing servicing and repair procedures on assigned equipment.
• Manage territory efficiently, execute territory management procedures, and collaborate with sales partners.
• Interact with customers to determine service needs and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Provide technical assistance to less experienced technicians and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.

Qualifications:

• Requires journeyman level technical knowledge, typically gained through completion of technical school and 2+ years of related experience.
• Must possess a valid state driver’s license and maintain minimum auto insurance coverage per company policy.
