Job Description:

As a Technology Service Support Representative, you'll be responsible for servicing and repairing company products and systems at customer locations within a specific geographic area. Responsibilities:

• Achieve expected productivity levels and manage territory, inventory, and customer relationships.
• Demonstrate technical expertise by performing servicing, repair service procedures, diagnostics, installations, and retrofits on assigned equipment.
• Perform Basic Connected installations, troubleshoot, and repair equipment components as necessary.
• Manage territory by executing territory management procedures, working closely with sales partners, and maintaining parts inventory.
• Interact with external customers to determine service needs and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Provide technical assistance to less experienced technicians and maintain professional relationships with all company personnel.

Qualifications:

• Journeyman level technical knowledge typically gained through completion of technical school and 2+ years of related experience required.
• Valid state driver’s license and minimum level of auto insurance coverage required.
• Strong technical and customer relation skills required.
