Relationships:
Position reports directly to Company President. Will supervise; payroll, AP, AR, functions, as well as human resources, (when applicable). Candidate will be expected to maintain professional, cooperative relationships with all employees at all times.
Major Objectives:
Controller will be responsible for implementation and practice of all accounting functions in accordance with GAAP. Controller will be responsible for, preparation of financial and managerial reports, maintenance of fiscal records, supervision and ultimate accountability for all functions and targets of the financial accounting department including Payroll, AP, AR. This position also currently serves as human resources administrator and will hand general office manager duties.
