Escrow Officer at Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC in Austin, Texas

Job Description:

A Title company is looking for an Escrow Officer to join their team! This is an onsite position M-F, paying $80-100k base + commission, and requiring the Texas License. They are needing someone who is detail oriented, self-motivated, and is a quick-learner. They are looking to interview and hire ASAP.


Responsibilities:
- Complete real estate escrow transactions
- Determine escrow requirements by studying and clarifying buyer, seller, and lender in structions
- Prepare transaction documents by completing forms and statements and collecting and reviewing documents
- Close escrow account by balancing and disbursing funds


Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience being an Escrow Officer
- Proficient in MS Office
