Insurance Services Representative


Contract to hire


Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm


Location: Onsite-Scripps Ranch


Wage: $20-$25/hr depending on experience


Insurance Services Representative needed for a well established credit union. In this role you will need to provide member services support for the Auto and Home Insurance department .

• Duties:


• Provide top tier customer service to Members


• Answering incoming calls regarding insurance policies & coverage


• Assist with quote generation


• Data entry


• Electronic filing & data organizing


• Process BOR request


• Market new and existing insurance solutions


• Other duties as assigned

• Qualifications:1+ year of call center and administrative experience


• Home or Auto insurance experience


• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Word and Excel


• Ability to pass a background check


• Bilingual in Spanish a plus
