My direct client , a large consulting firm, is looking for a Oracle HCM Platform Support Consultant.
Travel to US is required, needs to have eligibility to work in US

Prior Experience of HCM Release Management for Oracle HCM components (EXTRACT, ALERT, BIP, Reports), Well versed with Oracle CSM & FSM tool for automated Release Management • Prior experience of Managing Oracle POD, instance strategy, P2T, T2T, Data Masking • Certificate Management for Real time Integrations. Experience generate, import, export, and delete PGP and X.509 certificates for data encryption and decryption • Experience in automating user, role and Area of responsibilities creation in Oracle HCM • Experience of implementing LBAC features. • Integrating with SSO tool (e.g OKTA) • Experience with configuring Oracle HCM role - based security across functional areas (HCM , Recruiting). • Oracle Cloud HCM Security setup and modifications related to roles, permissions, and data security, including building custom roles based of the delivered roles provided in the Oracle product. • Experience with reviewing Oracle Application logs and troubleshooting issues related to the application components such as BI publisher, Workflow background process, UCM, User interface. • Experience configure audit for business objects and access audit reports. • Experience with Oracle SR process and have handled Sev1 priority SRs with Oracle • Prior experience in handling quarterly and adhoc patch management - backup configuration, restore of setting after patch, validate system configurations.
