Responsibilities Include:
* Providing support for benefits and leave management, encompassing short-term disability, workers' compensation, FMLA, and personal leave.
* Ensuring employee records are current by promptly processing status changes.
* Assisting in initiatives to enhance employee engagement.
* Updating the HRIS system with payroll and employee information.
* Addressing employee inquiries and concerns, including those related to safety and health.
* Facilitating internal communication regarding employee relations.
* Maintaining awareness of federal, state, and local legal regulations and procedures.
* Collaborating with the recruitment team and hiring managers to ensure successful recruitment and onboarding of top talent.
* Participating in job fairs and college recruitment events.
