The Role

We are looking for a Corporate Sustainability Coordinator to join our team. The Corporate Sustainability Coordinator will support organization-wide sustainability projects, and collect and maintain sustainability data for Scope 1, 2, and 3 emissions. Minimum 3 days in the office.

Key Job Responsibilities

  • Identify, collect, and maintain data from various sources, internal and external to the organization, for Greenhouse Gas (GHG) emissions reporting and other sustainability indicators
  • Work with production teams to implement processes to allow for efficient flow of information.
  • Update production accounting software to include emission data
  • Maintain organized audit trail for emission data
  • Assist with maintaining sustainability programs and initiatives, by researching, communicating with internal and external partners, and contributing to operations as assigned
  • Support outreach efforts to internal and external partners regarding general sustainability information, including waste reduction, GHG emission reduction, and overall sustainability progress
  • Take on ad hoc projects as they come

Essential Skills and Experience

  • A minimum of two years of professional experience working in television production roles.
  • A solid understanding of production practices, roles and related responsibilities is critical for success in this position
  • Knowledge and understanding of sustainability concepts
  • Experience with organizing and handling multiple tasks concurrently
  • Experience collecting and analyzing large amounts of data, identifying trends, and generating reports and graphics
  • Ability to effectively communicate sophisticated information with individuals at all levels, both internally and externally
  • Proficient in Excel
  • Knowledge and understanding of basic accounting principles
  • Skill in researching and supporting the implementation of innovative, sustainable building operations

The pay rate for this position is between $55,000-$65,000 annually / $26.44 - $31.25 per hour, plus applicable overtime, exclusive of any bonuses or other incentive compensation (if any).
