Position Description
As a Scrum Master II, you’ll join our Data & Digital team helping us lead, design, and build our digital transformation and define what’s next for our business—while working in an organization that’s continuously investing in data and systems. The Data and Digital team is focused on developing innovative solutions, utilizing modern technologies, and delivering critical data, geo-spatial, and logistic capabilities to our customers
You will transform the way our Data & Digital team organizes and executes work. As a Scrum Master II, you will help coach teams and facilitate all development meetings with the business and Agile Release Train (ART) members. You’ll focus on leading the development teams and product owners to deliver new functionality to the business through Agile/Scrum development concepts and principles.

Working Conditions: This is a remote role with the expectation of on-site/in-person collaboration with teammates and stakeholders for moments that matter and may require up to 15% travel.
For New York, Colorado, California, and Washington residents - The hiring range offered for this position is $105,000 - $125,000 annually. In addition to salary, employees are eligible for an annual bonus of up to 15% of annual salary and restricted stock. Employees (and their families) are eligible for medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance. Employees are able to enroll in our company’s 401k plan. Employees will also receive 18 days of paid time off each year and 12 paid holidays throughout the calendar year.
