Volt is immediately hiring a Business Analyst for an immediate hire role in Fountain Valley.

As a Business Analyst you will:

• Gather, analyze, and document client requirements
• Orchestrated cross-departmental interactions to drive functional design, development, testing, and successful implementation of new business processes.
• Serve as a point of contact, fostering transparent communication to effectively bridge gaps between technical and business teams.
• Developed training documentation, enhanced standardized practices, formulated strategic recommendations, and managed business process investigations, requirements alignment, quality reporting analysis, and timely system implementation.
• Automate reporting functions
• Streamlined complex data management processes
• Facilitated project testing, and extracted audit data from the system to provide the development team with system improvement recommendations.

This is a temporary role expected to last 6-12 months, possibly longer. Position is hybrid, 3 days onsite, working at the Fountain Valley facility. Only local candidates will be considered (no out of area/state). Hours are full time, M-F from 8am - 5pm.

The ideal candidate will have:

• 2 - 3-year experience in business case analysis, coordinating business processes with technical teams and departments, and case investigation/analysis
• A completed bachelor's degree
• Strong proficiency using MS Office

Pay Rate: $40-50/hr
