Job Description:

Manpowergroup Talent Solutions RPO  is actively seeking dynamic and talented individuals to join the recruiting team supporting one of our largest clients, Intuit. This project is expected to go through late January 2025. The position itself presents a unique opportunity to contribute to our innovative recruitment strategies and be a part of a large RPO program.  


Profile: The High-Volume Recruiter is responsible for managing full-cycle recruiting, including screening and submitting candidates provided, while also asking probing question.  It demands technical proficiency, multitasking abilities, polished communication skills, and organization skills in a high-volume environment.  


Position Type:  Position Type:  This is a hybrid opportunity allowing for remote work 2 days/per week.


Key Responsibilities: 


  • Screening, submitting, and offering positions to Tax Professionals 
  • Demonstrating technical proficiency 
  • Utilizing multitasking abilities effectively 
  • Exhibiting polished communication skills 
  • Demonstrating strong organizational skills 




Target Recruiter Profile: 


  • Minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience in any field (high volume preferred) however 3+ HIGHLY preferred. 


Required Technical/ Functional Skills:

  •  Skilled in sourcing for single or multiple professional verticals (i.e. IT, Finance, etc)
  •  Skilled in cold call and competitor direct sourcing techniques.
  •  Skilled in various methods of creative Internet sourcing to include: blogs, social and professional networking sites, the use of Boolean search logic, search modifiers and Internet data mining techniques.
  • Ability to analyze and evaluate job descriptions, skills needed, data and other information to determine courses of action.
  •  Skilled in prescreening methods to determine if candidates are a fit for a defined position.
  •  Ability to communicate effectively with others, both orally and written.
  •  Ability to remain adaptable and flexible.
  •  Ability to work under minimal supervision.
  • Strong organizational skills, including time management and multi-tasking.
  •  PC Proficiency in MS Office and the ability to navigate within the various Technology systems.
  •  AIRS Certification highly desired.
