Job Description:

PROJECT MANAGER

About Scout Collective

Scout Collective designs and builds meaningful brands + digital experiences for human service organizations & social good initiatives. Our reputation for creating impact is growing, and we need to add a few kind-hearted and talented people to our team to stay on top of our commitments. First up? A Project Manager who will thoughtfully manage our creative process, keeping our clients and team informed, focused, and on schedule as we collaborate.

A little more about us...We're strategists and creatives who venture deep into the worlds of our clients and their audiences, leveraging our outside perspective to reveal new possibilities for community engagement. Our talented team uses design, technology, data, and communication tools to articulate organizational identity, increase visibility, connect those in need to resources, and move people to action.

Much to the chagrin of our elementary school teachers, we believe that the sum of the parts is always greater than the individual pieces. We're a small team, but each of us is invested in a collaborative approach that often yields results exceeding those typically achieved by much larger companies. The best part about working here? We feel good about what we do...every day.

We are building an inclusive team of talented folks with diverse backgrounds + perspectives who want to come, stay, and do their best work. To achieve our goals, we prioritize people and provide equal access to opportunities to feel valued and appreciated for their individual experiences and contributions across age, race, gender, sexual orientation, religion, ethnicity, national origin, and/or ability.

- Participate in internal meetings to gauge workload and stay consistently informed of all active and forecasted work.

- Initiate planning of new work when contracts have been signed.

As a small team, we encourage creative problem-solving that originates from an appreciation for collaboration and kindness. Sharp people, full of heart and new ideas, thrive in our studio.
