Factory Operational Technology (OT) Program Manager
This Factory Operational Technology (OT) Program Manager Role will be a part of the MW NA Regional Engineering Controls & IT Team. The individual in this role will be accountable for all aspects of Factory OT projects and responsible for the regional OT Program Management, consisting of vision & strategy. The scope of the role includes analyzing, designing, and implementing technical solutions to support the integration and standardization of Operational Technology systems along with utilizing IT technologies. They will provide expertise in resolving complex technical issues related to OT/IT convergence and work closely with other teams to ensure convergence of OT/IT systems. Additionally, the role will also be responsible in developing and managing a license management program for Factory OT systems. The ideal candidate will have a functional background in both OT and IT systems. This role will be based out of one of our major sites (Hackettstown, NJ; Gainesville, GA; Waco, TX; or Topeka, KS), and will require travel to all our sites across North America.

What are we looking for?

• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science or Digital Technology related fields


• 5-10 years' experience in a comparable technical position - food, beverage, pharmaceutical or related industry preferable


• Understanding of engineering principals - knowledge of engineering disciplines: Electrical, Digital or Computer Services

• Good communication, listening and influencing skills


• Critical thinking skills


• Innovative thinking


• Able to work collaboratively with other groups


• Approximately 20-50% travel requirement depending on project demands

What will be your key responsibilities?

• Design and implement technical solutions to support standardization and Integration of OT system by analyzing current OT systems and identifying areas of improvement.


• Collaborate with other functional teams to develop and implement OT systems that enable secure seamless communication and collaboration between OT and IT systems.


• Work with IT and site OT teams to understand requirements and develop technical visions and strategies for implementing secure and resilient networks ensuring business continuity and security


• Develop and maintain documentation, including system architecture diagrams, technical specifications, and user guides.


• Ensure site compliance to Factory OT standards and license requirements.


• SME for technical support of OT systems


• Adhere to change control, security policies, and audit requirements


• Keep up to date with latest technologies and trends In OT environment to make recommendations for Improvement to keep us in a competitive advantage
