SEACORP is seeking a well-qualified Logistician I.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

Job Summary: SEACORP is seeking a Logistician to support production efforts of ElectronicWarfare systems in Middletown, RI and Groton, CT. The role will include part procurement, vendor/supply chainmanagement, property tracking, property transfer to the government/fleet, andreporting in support of weekly/quarterly program reviews.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interacting with vendors for material quotes, status, and delivery scheduling.
• Receiving/stowing material, issuing material from stock, conducting inventories, and inventory management using ERP/eQuip.
• Provide availability/compatibility of components in support of material requirements and submit procurements accordingly.
• Develop procurement plans and reports in support of weekly Integrated Product Team meetings and Program Reviews.
• Develop, initiate, integrate and manage all logistics actions associated with life cycle management of weapon systems, subsystems and equipment.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree required.

Experience: 1 or more years working in an administrative type of role; Excel proficiency required.

As a requirement of employment, all SEACORP employees must hold U.S. Citizenship

Work Environment & Physical Demands: Office & Computer Laboratories - Sitting, standing, extended periods of time using a mouse and keyboard and viewing computer screens. Infrequent lifting of <40lbs. Movement between points within the same office or between buildings. Work is performed in generally consistent environmental conditions with some seasonality for temperature differences and lighting.
