Job Summary:
The Production Manager will direct, plan, and coordinate activities concerned with production of ground support equipment assembly. Candidate will establish production priorities in keeping with effective operations and cost factors, utilizing knowledge of product technology, production methods and procedures, and capabilities of machines and equipment.

Confers with management personnel to establish and implement company policies, goals, and production and quality control standards, develop budget and cost controls, and to obtain data regarding types, quantities, specifications, and delivery dates of products orderedOversees the selection and maintenance of equipment, determination of required resources, and estimation of costsCoordinates production processes and activities with procurement, maintenance, and quality control activities to obtain optimum production and utilization of human resources, machines, and equipment. Reviews and analyzes production, quality control, maintenance, and operational reports to determine causes of nonconformity with product specifications, and operating or production problems Monitors product standards and develops and implements quality control program and operating methods and procedures designed to eliminate operating problems and improve product quality. Monitors the production processes, adjusts or revises production schedules and priorities as result of equipment failure or operating problems, and ensures goods and services are produced efficiently and with the correct quantities, quality, and costOther duties pertaining field service may be assigned
Required Skills/Abilities:
Must be US citizen and meet any other federal program requirementsAbility to obtain CAC card, Secret Clearance preferredAble to manage logistics, as well as, physically move equipment up to 30 lbs in support of mission requirementsA general/working knowledge of MS Office products is required
Education and Experience:
BSBA preferred and 10 years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
