We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Plant Manager with expertise in the meat processing industry to lead our production facility. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned professional with a proven track record of successfully managing meat processing plants, ensuring operational efficiency, quality control, and compliance with industry standards.


Responsibilities:

Leadership and Team Management:

• Provide strong leadership to the production team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.


• Oversee and manage all plant operations, ensuring the team meets production goals while maintaining high-quality standards.

Production and Efficiency:

• Develop and implement production plans to optimize efficiency and meet production targets.


• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

Quality Control:

• Implement and enforce stringent quality control measures throughout the production process.


• Collaborate with quality assurance teams to ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal standards.

Process Improvement:

• Identify opportunities for process optimization and lead initiatives to improve operational effectiveness.


• Stay informed about industry trends, technologies, and best practices, implementing relevant advancements in the plant.

Budget Management:

• Work closely with the finance department to develop and manage budgets for the plant, ensuring cost-effectiveness without compromising quality.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in [relevant field] or equivalent work experience.
