They are looking to bring on an experienced engineering leader to take on a CTO position and drive their business to the next level. The ideal candidate will be someone who is hands-on, driven and energized.
Responsibilities:
Build and manage a top performing software and hardware team.
Supervise the integration of hardware and software systems.
Devise and execute a forward-thinking technology roadmap.
Understand sales cycle to enable technology to scale and meet demand effectively.
Ensure scalability and security of technology infrastructure to sustain rapid growth.
Manage technology budgets and resources.
Foster and maintain strategic technology partnerships and stakeholder relationships.
Required Skills:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Background in Electric Vehicles.
Demonstrated experience as a senior engineering leader.
Extensive background in hardware/software integration and scaling business rapidly.
Proficiency in current and emerging technologies, trends, and industry standards.
Track record of excelling in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
Strong project management skills, delivering results on time and within budget.
