We're Looking for Someone With:
Demonstrated ability to operate at startup scale; ready to tackle evolving challenges that require incremental and fast-paced innovation.
Deep care for the end-user experience and who approaches technical solutions from the end-user's perspective.
Minimum 8 years of experience with most of that working on web backends, preferably with a JVM-based language. Front-end experience is an added bonus.
Proven ability to communicate with fellow engineers and cross-functional partners - someone who knows their audience and adjusts accordingly.
Strong track record of working on complex projects where data design and architecture is central to the customer experience; 5+ years of working with SQL and relational databases.
