Job Description:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for working cross-functionally to understand the architecture needs of multiple business units. To be effective in this position, you'll need to be comfortable knowing the entire architecture development process from inception to completion.

Responsibilities
• Develop a cohesive, proactive work environment with the Durabook Management, Field Sales and Marketing

Teams to advance the Durabook goal of providing best-in-class solutions to our customer base.
• By working closely with the Durabook HQ's Team, support Durabook configuration requests from the end-users,

field sales and management team
• Become indispensable and a "force multiplier" for the proposal responses by providing feedback and analysis

that improves Durabook's position to close business
• Working with the Field Sales Team, get your channel partners involved early in your opportunities, Assist each

partner in configuration support as you would your field sales team.
• Build sales through timely responses to RFQ's from customers and field sales. Enter and track new

opportunities in a CRM tool and communicate opportunity status with management and field sales.
• Partner with the Durabook Marketing Team and Channel Partners to proactively market new and current

Durabook solutions to existing and developing customers. Utilize your understanding of current market trends

and new technologies to assess how Durabook solutions can benefit the end user, creating salient

characteristics to drive Durabook business.
• Understand all the specific details of the customer requirements. Work closely with Field Sales, Marketing,

Engineering and Management to fully take advantage of all support systems in place. Analyze win potential

percentages, resources, and strategies to maximize revenue and margins.

Qualifications
• Bachelors or Master's Degree, preferably in Computer Science or a related Engineering field, from an

accredited 4-year college/university
• Minimum 5 years' experience in hands-on mobile IT hardware solution configuration in a paid full-time position
• Thorough understanding of mobile hardware (laptop & tablet) offerings x86 platforms, architecture & systems
• Ability to engage customers at the configuration level and communicate with internal Sales, Marketing, and

Management Team
• Ability to excel in idea generation, evaluation, and prioritization, customer and partner engagement, and cross

functional technical program management
• Excellent verbal, written and presentation communication skills
• Familiar with MS Office Suite and CRM Software Tools
