We are seeking a Director of Engineering to lead our talented team of engineers in building and scaling our technology infrastructure. As a member of the senior leadership team, you will play a critical role in shaping the company's technological direction and ensuring that our engineering efforts are aligned with our overall business goals.
Responsibilities: • Provide strategic leadership and direction for the engineering organization, including the technical roadmap. • Oversee all aspects of the engineering lifecycle, from concept to development to deployment. • Build, grow, and mentor a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence. • Manage the engineering budget and resources effectively. • Recruit, hire, and retain top engineering talent. • Collaborate closely with product, design, and other departments to ensure seamless product development. • Stay up-to-date on the latest engineering trends and technologies. • Develop and implement best practices for software development, testing, and deployment. • Ensure that the engineering organization meets all deadlines and quality standards. • Represent the engineering organization to senior management and stakeholders.
Qualifications: • Minimum 10 years of experience in engineering leadership roles. • Proven track record of building and scaling high-performing engineering teams. • Deep understanding of software development methodologies • Experience in developing and managing a technical roadmap. • Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to think strategically and make sound technical decisions. • Passion for building innovative products and technologies.
