As the Director of Product Marketing, your core mission is to deeply engage with our customers, understand their unique challenges in AI computing, and align our innovative new memory technology solutions with their needs. Responsibilities:



Analyze the market landscape, including customer needs, competitive analysis, and market trends to inform product strategy.Define the product by aligning market demands, our capabilities, and potential for commercial success. Develop and refine a product strategy grounded in value propositions, leading to viable commercial models.Develop a clear and compelling product positioning, including a narrative that differentiates our solutions in the market of existing high performance memory solutions.Develop and execute a Go-to-Market strategy and lead the market introduction of our AI memory solution across various market segments.Establish strong, consultative relationships with key customers to deeply understand their technical challenges and business needs.Translate customer insights into actionable guidance driving us toward delivering finely tuned memory solutions aligned with customer product roadmaps.Articulate and champion the value and capabilities of our solution to customers, helping them envision and quantify the impact on their product offerings.Forge and manage collaborative partnerships with industry partners, customers, and key opinion leaders.Establish processes to capture, analyze, and integrate customer feedback into continuous product improvement cycles.



Minimum Qualifications:



7+ years of experience in product marketing or similar roles, with substantial experience in customer-facing roles in the semiconductor industry.Experience in building, managing, and mentoring a product marketing team.Previous work experience at semiconductor IP vendors, memory IDMs, EDA companies, foundries, or silicon chip design companies.Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or a closely related field.



Preferred Qualifications:



An MBA or equivalent experience in a consulting role is a plus.A proven history of successful product launches.An extensive network in the memory, silicon chip company, hyperscaler sector and the ability to expand this network within the semiconductor chip industry.A robust understanding of the AI computing stack, from applications to chip hardware architecture, with a particular focus on the enabling role of memory technologies in AI performance.Ability to collaborate and influence convergence both internally and externally and to simplify complex technical concepts and solutions for diverse audiences.Exceptional communication and presentation abilitiesStrategic and analytical problem solver capable of drawing the big picture.Team player and an intrinsically self-motivated curious mind.We are at the forefront of AI memory innovation, and we're looking for a leader to help us make a lasting impact. Pay Range for this position: $109,400 - $328,200 Our ranges incorporate all levels and career types available within this specific role, and are derived from relevant industry market data.
