RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client seeking a Fidelio Administrator in Miami, FL (Florida).

Summary:
In this role, the Fidelio Administrator is responsible for application, operational, and technical support for back office applications onboard the vessels and across all brands. The Admin provides thought leadership and day to day operational support for research and development and new technology rollouts to the ships. Expected results include implementation of system enhancements, internal/external development and support efforts, and support of the shipboard lab environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide varying levels of production support for the following applications: Fidelio, Micros, Simphony, Apass, Embarkation, Gangway Security, other Point of Sale Systems, VING, Avero, Mobile Applications, Key Cards, and RFID


• Work in all phases of project development and deployment: Initiation, Planning, Executing, and Closing.Lead shipboard projects (upgrades, dry docks, NewBuilds, enhancements), requiring server/application builds in our lab environments and on site shipboard deployments


• Responsible for day to day operations of shipboard Lab and testing environments; Work with teams responsible for equipment and associated processes


• Participate in the research, planning and implementation of technical solutions that will meet present and future systems needs of regional shoreside offices and shipside departments within the context of corporate needs and goals


• Maintain a high level of expertise with back office applications in the cruise and hospitality industries; Seeks the most effective alternatives to present to executives in order to meet the needs of the business and the ships


• Perform other job related functions as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in IT Engineering and/or Technology related field of study, or equivalent combination of education and work experience


• 5 years of experience in support of packaged applications and back office applications and technical systems


• Previous cruise industry experience required


• Ability to independently handle assigned projects, operations, implementations, documentation, and production support


• Excellent written and verbal communications skills to work with internal business owners and vendors on system specifications, requirements and recommendations


• Interpersonal skills to work effectively in a team based environment


• Preferred experience with shipboard application systems and projects

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
