A prominent market research company in the Chicago Loop is seeking an experienced, detailed, and confident Executive Assistant to provide support to the Executive Sales team, as well as other executives. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing complete administrative, project, and operational support to multiple members of the Executive Sales team and CEO including contract and data analysis. Additional responsibilities will entail calendar coordination and meeting preparation for the executives. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The salary for this role is $70-90k dependent on experience.
Responsibilities of the Executive Assistant:
Provide administrative and project support to multiple members of the Executive Sales team
Provide support for the company CEO
Pull and analyze sales data, and maintain spreadsheets
Assist with lead generation and marketing initiatives
Create, prepare, and organize materials for meetings and conferences
Compile and pull reports, and manage databases for accuracy
Manage the executives busy calendar, and schedule meetings and appointments
Assist with overflow calls and answer inquiries when necessary
All other tasks and projects as needed
Requirements of the Sales Administrative Assistant:
Bachelor's degree preferred
Working knowledge, experience, and proficiency in Salesforce required
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel
2+ years' administrative experience or with marketing and business development
Highly detailed, organized, and proactive
Ability to successfully manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Superior communication skills, both verbal and written
